Return and Refund Policy for SAB Fruit Cake

Thank you for shopping with SAB Fruit Cake! At SAB Fruit Cake, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Jamaican Rum Cake. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help!

  1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our fruit cakes, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

If your cake arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the issue.

We may ask you to return the damaged product for inspection before issuing a refund or replacement.

  1. Refunds

Refunds are only issued if the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
