Meet Sharon Bailey the Owner and Baker of SAB Fruit Cakes, Cupcakes, and Miniminies.

"I have been making Jamaican style fruit cake with my mother since age 7, my mother taught me all she knew about making fruit cake. From her secret ingredients, formulation and her signature texture and flavor, along with her creativity and passion for making the best fruit cake."

"There was always something that prevented me from totally enjoying my mother’s fruit cake, and I figured out it was the whole pieces of fruit in the cake. I continued baking fruit cake with my mother, while tweaking my mother’s recipe along the way.  On the passing of my mother and destined to become an entrepreneur I turned to the product and occupation I knew best."

With knowledge gain from working in the Food Manufacturing for many years, I started the process of developing my own style. Our cakes give fruit cake lovers a new way to enjoy their Favorite dessert, while giving prospective customers the opportunity to experience a rich mellow tasting dessert.
