I have been making Fruit Cake with my mother since age 7, my mother thought me all she knew about making Fruit Cake, her secret ingredients, formulation and her signature texture and flavor, her creativity and passion for making the Best Fruit Cake. There was always something that prevented me from totally enjoying my mother’s Fruit Cake, that of the “Taste of Whole Fruits”. I continued baking Fruit Cake with my mother and on my own tweaking my mother’s Recipe along the way. On the passing of my mother, and destined to become an entrepreneur I turned to the product and occupation I knew best. With knowledge gain from working in the Food Manufacturing for many years, I started the process of developing a Fruit Cake with a difference, giving Fruit Cake lovers a new experience to enjoy their favorite dessert, while giving prospective customers the opportunity to experience a rich mellow tasting Fruit Cake.
