The Beginning of a Dream for Sharon with the knowledge gained from baking Jamaican Fruit Cake with my mother from age 7, SAB Fruit Cake started. In 2016, the SAB Fruit Cake made its mark with every slice, blending rich heritage with bold flavor. From festive table to everyday indulgences, our cake became more than just a dessert, it became a part of our customer cherished memories. Our History
2016 was just the beginning thank you for being part of our journey!
In 2018, SAB introduced a festive twist on a classic favorite, the Fruit Cake Cupcake. Rich, moist, and infused with Jamaican rum and wine, these mini cakes capture the authentic traditional flavor in a convenient cupcake size. They quickly became a seasonal hit, perfect for celebrations, gifting, and gourmet entertaining.
In 2019, SAB reimagined the beloved traditional Jamaican Fruit Cake into bite-sized delights called Miniminies. These miniature marvels were packed with all the richness of the original cake in a compact, snackable form. Infused with Jamaican rum, wine, fruits, and warm spices, they were perfectly portioned for every occasion. The Miniminies quickly became a crowd favorite, ideal for sharing or savoring solo, proving that great things truly come in small packages.
In 2020, as the world evolved, so did we. SAB took a bold step forward by launching our official website, making it easier than ever to order our signature Jamaican Fruit Cake anytime, anywhere.
